Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you deliver the order?

The order will be sent to the address you specify. If the purchase is a gift, it will be sent directly to the recipient, while you will receive the detailed invoice separately.

2. Do I need to pay the courier anything?

Absolutely not. There is no additional charge to the messenger, as all costs are included in your initial payment.

3. What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The courier will contact you by phone. If you are unavailable, they will leave a note with a contact number to arrange a new delivery time that suits you.

4. How secure is my purchase?

The confidentiality of your data is fully guaranteed. Your purchase is made through a completely secure site, and your personal data is never transferred to third parties without your consent.

5. What are my payment options?

We accept Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, 4B) via a secure TPV gateway. Your data is encrypted and handled only by the bank. We also accept Bank Transfers and Money Orders.

6. Is VAT included in the price?

All prices include 10% Spanish VAT. Taxes may change depending on the delivery country within the EU (One Stop Shop - OSS). All orders to non-EU countries are Tax-FREE.

7. What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We only commercialize 7 BELLOTAS® Original Product of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied, you have 7 days from receipt to claim a refund or an automatic exchange.
