The authentic character of Iberico, sliced to perfection
7B PREMIUM® Iberico Shoulder Ham is carefully selected and naturally cured in Salamanca, where time and traditional craftsmanship bring out the distinctive character of Iberico pork.
Each shoulder is slowly cured for over 20 months in our natural drying rooms, allowing its aromas, texture and delicate fat to develop naturally. Once it reaches its ideal point of maturation, it is carefully sliced into thin pieces to preserve its texture and make every serving ready to enjoy.

The shoulder is sliced thin to make it easy to serve and appreciate its full character. For the best tasting experience, remove the slices from the refrigerator and allow them to reach room temperature before serving.
From the selection of the Iberian shoulder to its slow natural curing and final slicing, every stage is carried out with respect for the product and for the time it needs to develop.
