To fully appreciate its texture and aroma, we recommend serving it between 20 and 24 °C. Thinly sliced, the fat softens gently and releases the rich aromas of its long aging.
Keep the ham in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
Once carved, protect the cut surface with a thin layer of fat from the ham itself and cover with a clean cloth to maintain its juiciness intact.
The main difference is curing time and artisanal methods. While standard cebo hams age for around 24 months, at 7 Bellotas we cure our pieces for over 36 months in Salamanca's natural cellars, achieving a far smoother texture and refined aroma.
